Activism and BDS Beat 29 November 2011
For more than one and a half hours, the activists from the Comité BDSFrance34 – a group in the French region of Hérault – removed the produce from shelves of a Carrefour mega-store and marched through the aisles shouting “Boycott Israel,” “Israel is criminal, Carrefour is an accomplice,” and other Palestine solidarity slogans.
The video of the protest shows many shoppers expressing support for the action, while store security guards attempt to control the protestors who demand to meet with the manager.
The action was part of a European day of protest against the Israeli produce importation company Mehadrin which has become a target of boycott, divestment and sanctions (BDS) activists ever since another major Israeli produce exporter, Carmel-Agrexco, declared bankruptcy.
The action in Montpellier is the latest of increasingly bold protests by French activists who have faced prosecution for their activities as a recent brief documentary shows.

Now if we can get the Arabs in their own home countries to boycott Israeli products infesting the hypermarkets of the Mideast
Israeli products in Mideast hypermarkets?

First we need to identify which, if any, products are Israeli, and let people know.
