Amnesty International condemns the air strike of the Israeli Defence Forces last night in Gaza reportedly killing at least 15 people, including nine children, and wounding more than 80 others, many seriously. “This attack was disproportionate and is utterly unacceptable”, Amnesty International said. The settlers are “guarded” by approximately 1,500 to 2,000 Israeli soldiers costing Israel millions of dollars in operations cost; the ratio is 1 settler to 4 soldiers guarding the post.
