My father was detained in Israel’s prisons for 15 years in total.

I write here about my friend Allam Ka’by, one of those released in last year’s prisoner swap deal. Valentine’s Day marks his unity with the woman of his life after over 10 years of separation. Here, you’ll read their inspiring story of love and struggle.

A story of the amazing friendship of Chris Al-Bandak, the only Christian released in the prisoner swap, who was deported to Gaza. According to Chris, “Only one half of me is free, but the other half is still there, locked up behind Israeli bars.”

As soon as released Israeli captive arrived in his parents’ bosom, Israel seems to have embarked on yet another propaganda campaign aiming at shifting international criticism from the illegal Israeli practices enforced upon Palestinians to the Palestinian prisoners released earlier today.

Hip Hop group DAM released a new track in support of the Palestinian prisoners actions for justice. Three foreign nationals participate in hunger strike in Gaza and activists in Greece told the Israeli ambassador to stop torture in Israeli jails.
