1. Palestinians of Jerusalem who live there will have the right to participate in the election process, according to an agreement between the two sides. 2. In addition, the election agreement should cover, among other things, the following issues: a. the system of elections; b. the mode of the agreed supervision and international observation and their personal composition; and c. rules and regulations regarding election campaign, including agreed arrangements for the organizing of mass media, and the possibility of licensing a broadcasting and TV station. 3.
